2005: Beijing LingShengXin Speech Technology Co., Ltd (abbreviation: VoiceOn),the predecessor of Shenzhen Huangli Technologies Co., Ltd (abbreviation: Huangli), was established to develop all kinds of embedded speech recognition solutions with leading Speaker-independent Speech Recognition Technology.
2007: Collaborated with HRL(an US company), we launched the world's first voice dialing software for the iPhone - VoiceDialer,which with more than 7,000 downloads in the first week (at a unit price of $19.9); in the same year, initiated the development of the LISTEN's Voice Acquisition System version 1.0.
2009: Undertook the world's largest English single-subject examination— College English Test (CET)Speaking Automatic Scoring Project and developed China's first English speaking automatic machine scoring system.
2011: Launched the ASEC English Speaking Assessment Engine series, accessing the speaking training and examination systems of New Oriental, Ambow Education,Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press, Tsinghua Press, and Higher EducationPress; in the same year, introduced deep learning technology into the front-end processing of sound, and developed the LISTEN's Intelligent Sound Acquisition System version 2.0.
2013: Launched the "AKYC Chinese Spoken Language Assessment Engine", which seamlessly interfaces with the "Chinese as a Foreign Language Teaching System" of the National Ministry of Education's Center for Language Education and Cooperation (formerly known as the Office of Chinese Language Promotion, or "Hanban").
2015: VoiceOn's speaking assessment engine users exceeded 50 million; in the same year, it combined signal processing and deep learning technology to develop version 3.0 of LISTEN's intelligent voice front-end processing system
2017: Beijing Tianxue Education Technology Co., Ltd(listed company)merged with VoiceOn, and launched Tianxue English personalized teaching service together.
2018: Tianxue Artificial Intelligence Academy was established, launching a three-stage AI practical training course containing three categories of image, speech and (Natural Language Processing)NLP, and training more than 300 students with 985, 211 undergraduate degrees or above."
2019: Shenzhen Huangli Technologies Co., Ltd was established(abbreviation:Huangli); embeded LISTEN's Intelligent Sound Front-end Processing Technology on the chip platform for the joint optimization of hardware and software to form the 4.0 version; in the same year, at the BIG DATA EXPO, our "Intelligent Voice Front-End Processing Technology" (masterfully fused the power of microphone arrays, auditory scene analysis, filter banks, and deep learning )was recognized by the National Ministry of Science and Technology with the Leading Technological Achievement Award— "Black Tech."
2020: OLEAP's first enviomental noise cancellation (abbreviation: ENC)headset, G100u, was released and widely welcomed by head customers in the online education industry; the product was certified as a “smart wearable device” by China's Thiel Labs.
2021: Launched Bluetooth headset with ENC (model No. G200b ) and headset with ENC and ANC (model No. E200b), the performance of ENC for the first time to reach 50dB
2022: Huangli officially launched the brand—OLEAP,initiated the overseas strategy by establishing Oleap Technology International Limited in Hong Kong (abbreviation: Oleap). Oleap completed the angel round of investment from SOSV-SCGC China Fund and other organizations, with a valuation exceeding 100 million RMB.In the same year, launched the world's first air-conducted, open-ear,ENC headset, model No. P200b, which gained more than 4,000 users' support on Kickstater, and became the No. 1 headset in its category.
2023: Headset-P200b wins the Red Dot Design Award; comprehensively expand to the consumer side, establish domestic and overseas, online and offline sales system; meanwhile, LISTEN's intelligent sound front-end processing technology empowers customers in various industries
